We will draft and sign the lease and collect the rent payment on behalf of the property owner.
On our lease, we will write “EasyRent Real Estate Services Ltd. on behalf of (Owner name)”, so the tenant is aware that this property is belong to someone that we are authorized to manage.
We will setup Pre-authorized payment with tenant’s Bank account to withdrawal on the 1st of the month, every month.
We will then make sure all the expenses are paid, and all the books are correct and remitting to Owner’s bank account with us around 20th of each month. Owner will also receive a monthly and annual statement to show the income and expenses of the investment.
All fund to our company from the tenant will be directly to our company’s Trust account. As a representative of EasyRent Real Estate Services Ltd., it is illegal for me to collect rent, deposit or any additional payment under my personal name.
A legitimate Property Manager knows no fund shall remit to their personal name, it needs to go directly to company’s name and trust.
If you have encountered another Property Manager or a Realtor who has rental license and asking the tenant or the owner to remit payment to their own name personally, they might not be operating a legitimate business!
