She leased out and managed my apartment while I was out of country over the last 4 years. I was a tenant in a property Patty managed with Easy Rent for almost three years. Over the years the property encountered many different problems. However, Patty was always ready to answer our calls or texts and dealt with any issue quickly. She also did regular checks on the property to make sure things were as they should be which would make a home owner very comfortable renting their homes. I highly recommend her services.

I rented an apartment via Patty and it was a great experience. The apartment was handed to me in great condition. She was extremely professional throughout and responded to me immediately for any issues I had. Moving in and out procedures were also a breeze and she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend renting a place from her.

Patty rented out my house with the highest standard for both the tenant and the landlord. She was very informative, spontaneous, resourceful, hard working, and professional. She hosted numerous open houses for me. She had to deal with many difficult tenant landlord situation and she is naturally good at screening and educating landlords regarding rental law.
